Founded by Rıza Kayaaslan in 1969 and now led by the second generation, we are a proud family-run business. We control every step — from cutting to bending, from splicing to anchorage — in our own facility.
Anadolu Demir Sanayii A.Ş. was founded in 1969 by Rıza Kayaaslan as a rolling mill (iron drawing plant) and stepped into industrial life. Until 2001 it manufactured construction rebar, becoming a trusted supplier in both domestic and international markets.
From 2001 onwards, following industry developments and changing needs, the company shifted its focus to "Ready Rebar" production. Strengthening its experienced staff under the leadership of second-generation representatives Yılmaz Kayaaslan, İsmail Kayaaslan and Yeter Kayaaslan, Anadolu Demir Sanayii A.Ş. continues as a family company combining its deep-rooted past with modern production technologies.
Increasing competition in today's construction sector requires strict control of cost factors such as time, financing, labour and space. Anadolu Demir Sanayii A.Ş. provides contractors with time, space, speed and waste-free production advantages through project-specific solutions.
TECHNOLOGY AND PRODUCTION CAPACITY
The production facility serves on a total area of 7,700 m², including 3,200 m² of closed area. The machinery park includes high-capacity, electronically controlled Italian (Schnell) and German (Peddinghaus) automation systems, guillotine cutting, bending and semi-automatic stirrup machines, delivering high-volume rebar processing capacity.
INNOVATIVE SOLUTION: COUPLER REBAR REINFORCEMENT
Thanks to R&D work started in 2016 and machines developed in-house, the company moved into "Coupler Rebar Reinforcement" manufacturing as of 2017.
Coupler reinforcement systems that increase static and seismic resistance in buildings provide structural integrity and uninterrupted continuity, especially in earthquake zones. All production processes are carried out in accordance with TS 708 and TS 500 standards, with bending at correct mandrel diameters and precision cutting quality.

R&D work on coupler rebar began; all machines used in production were developed in-house.

Production of coupler rebar reinforcement began, making buildings statically and seismically stronger.
